DELEGATES TO THE SECOND CONGRESS OF THE COMMUNIST INTERNATIONAL Convention was held July 19 to Aug. 7, 1920 in Moscow and Petrograd. The official minutes published in German list 218 delegates to the Congress; additions were made based on the content of the stenographic record by New Park Publications when they prepared an English translation in 1977. That list is presented here.
