Demarcation was published by a small circle in the New York metropolitan area formerly associated with the Red Dawn Committee (M-L), publisher of the journal Red Dawn. It was close to the Committee of U.S. Bolsheviks. Only one issue of Demarcation appeared, in March 1979.
